What procurement and IT should know
A proper review separates publicly visible profile data from internal administration and enquiry data. It also defines who may access which area and which hosting requirement is actually agreed.
Limit access
Administrative areas and lead information are role-protected. Responsibilities in the customer team are defined before rollout.
Do not merely claim hosting
The current shop infrastructure runs in the AWS Frankfurt region. If Swiss hosting is mandatory for your profile project, the concrete target architecture must be confirmed in writing before contract.

Data protection and hosting questions
Is Swiss hosting guaranteed automatically?
No. The current shop infrastructure runs in the AWS Frankfurt region. A mandatory Swiss hosting requirement must be assessed for the specific profile project and confirmed in writing in the offer.
Which data is visible on a digital profile?
Only the content published for the specific profile is publicly visible. Internal administration and business enquiries are handled separately.
Who can see team and lead information?
This information is intended for authorised admin roles. Public visitors do not receive access to the internal lead area.
Is optional analytics required for an enquiry?
No. An operational business enquiry can be saved without optional analytics or marketing consent. Optional funnel measurement only occurs after the corresponding consent.
